P.E. Labellers is going
to participate again in Simei 2015

November 2013: the 25th edition of Simei, the International Enological and Bottling Equipment Exhibition, ended in FIERA MILANO RHO. Simei, held every two years, is the largest exhibition in the world specialising in the wine sector, presenting all types of machinery and equipment for enology and for the production, bottling, labelling and packaging of drinks, including wine, beer, mineral water, soft drinks, juices, liqueurs, spirits, alcohol, oil. P.E. LABELLERS took advantage of this great opportunity to present its new 2013 product to the world market: MAYA, automatic sleeve label applicator.

Operators from all over the world confirmed their satisfaction with the product, strictly Made in Italy and featuring high-level technology for the enological and bottling industry. P.E. LABELLERS recorded nearly 300 visitors, of whom over 50% were from all over Europe (Contag data), out of a total recorded of 70% European visitors, 11% American and South American, 14% Asian, 3% African and 2% Australian, making for 30% foreign visitors out of the total.

For the first time in Italy during a trade fair, Unione Italiana Vini introduced a new method of interaction between exhibitors and visitors thanks to the CONTAG project. In addition to making the exhibition more successful, the project gave birth to the first international electronic platform for technology and services in the wine industry, which today is home to a community of exhibitors and visitors who act and interact in a sort of "virtual exhibition": more than 4,000 videos, 66,000 brochures and 88,000 company business cards.
